John Roberts hearings preview

Some interesting insight into the upcoming hearings for Judge John Robertson are offered in this Federalist Society paper. The Federalist Society is a conservative debating organization of law students and professionals, so the paper doesn't profess to be without bias. But it makes some interesting observations about previous hearings, and what we're likely to see in Judge Robertson's hearings.
