Law review write-on advice

Here's a helpful tidbit for the 1L's out there. UCLA Law professor and well-known blogger Eugene Volokh has posted the first in a series of tips on how to do well in write-on competitions. Most law schools have a writing competition after finals in the Spring to get on the law reviews the following year, and Volokh's advice is intended to help the first-years along.
